During this Erasmus+ partnership project, we developed together a game based phone app, an innovative tool for youth workers and youths to visualize youths’ talents. Using this app, youths can document their individual talents and competences, and set goals for themselves to achieve changes.

The app is easy to use and available in 4 languages; Romanian, Dutch, Polish and English. After several fun assignments, the App generates an end report with a list of talents and competences, goals to achieve and steps to take. An easy way for youths to recognize and understand their talents and learning process, and better equip them to describe and communicate their competences.
